This site was developed by Mary Adams, the co-author of Intangible Capital: Putting Knowledge to Work in the 21st Century Organization and the creator of the IC Knowledge Center.

She is the co-founder of Trek Consulting, a firm that helps private companies leverage their unique intangible assets for higher growth, innovation, performance and corporate value.

Prior to the formation of Trek in 1999, she was a high-risk lender for 15 years at Citicorp and Sanwa Business Credit.
